Family member Waldo is now a Chemistry Student at Oxford University but still bakes his chocolate chip cookies though he doesn't need his parents to put them in the oven!

What is so special about Waldo's Chocolate Chip Cookies is that they are so simple that kids can make them though of course parents must 'assist' with the actual baking task.

Waldo started to cook at the age of four experimenting with different ingredients. He made sauces and delicious pastry with fruit topping which of course his mother popped in the oven and took it out when it was ready.

Waldo Decided to Sell His Chocolate Chip Cookies

At the age of five his father and mother assisted in his first professional enterprise. Waldo's Chocolate Chip Cookies were so delicious that friends, family and schoolmates were eating them faster than he could make them. He decided it was time to test them on the general public as a commercial venture.

Working out the costs and profit margin of his wonder biscuits they were priced at 35 pence each.

He then enlisted his parents to accompany him while he rode his Sesame Street Big Bird bicycle up and down the high street pavement tooting his horn and selling his biscuits to shop keepers and passers-by. Papa and Mama were ordered to keep a low profile while he did his transactions.

From Baking Cookies to Chemistry at Oxford University

The biscuits were very successful and now at twenty one he is still a wonderful cook and it seems that his love of mixtures and experiments have led him to his present studies reading Chemistry at Oxford University.

So for all children who love to bake with their parents here is Waldo's simple and delicious recipe for his chocolate chip cookies.
