4 Ingredient Easy Praline Cookies
Ingredients:
Whole graham crackers (enough to line a 15 x 10" cookie sheet)
1 cup butter
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
1 cup chopped pecans
To Do:
Line 15 x 10" cookie sheet with whole crackers.
Bring butter and sugar to a rolling boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat, add nuts, and spread over crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes.
Let cool and then cut into bars.
These make pretty and tasty easy gifts displayed on a tray.
Simple Colorful M&M Cookies
Ingredients:
1 packet from box of graham crackers
1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup M&Ms
(butter for greasing baking pan)
To Do:
Butter a 9x9-inch baking pan.
Crumble the graham crackers into a mixing bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients & gently combine well.
Pour mixture into baking pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
When cooled, cut into bars & enjoy.
(These can be adapted to holidays, such as Easter, by simply changing the color of M&Ms which come in pastels in the springtime)
Peanut Butter No-Cook Snowballs
No baking required. Delicious, quick and easy ball cookies.
Ingredients:
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 pound white candy coating or almond bark
To Do:
Combine sugar, peanut butter and margarine in a mixing bowl.
Shape into 1-inch balls and put in the refrigerator to chill about 30 minutes.
While balls chill, melt candy coating in the microwave until smooth for about 2- 3 minutes.
Dip the balls into the melted candy coating and cover completely.
Place on waxed paper to harden.
These make a nice gift displayed in a pretty jar with a ribbon.
Everyone loves fresh cookies. When there is no time for a complicated recipe, these quick and easy four ingredient treats may just save the day.
